OC&C provides commercial due diligence to ICG on its transaction to support management’s buy-out of Vision Group

We’re pleased to congratulate ICG on its successful strategic partnership with Vision Group, following OC&C providing commercial due diligence support.

The management-led buy-out will see ICG provide a comprehensive financing package, comprised of both debt and equity, to support Vision Group’s growth plans and strategy over the years ahead.

Since its founding in 1989, Vision Group has become a leading eyecare network in Italy. Operating under the VisionOttica and VistaSì brands, the group boasts over 200 owned locations, 280 VisionOttica branded affiliates and over 2,200 independent partner opticians.

For global alternative asset manager ICG, the partnership is the latest investment by their European Mid-Market team.
