We’re pleased to congratulate Txt e-solutions and Hat on agreeing to acquire Webgenesys, a digital enabler for the public administration.

An international European group, Txt e-solutions specialises in designing, developing, and providing software solutions dedicated to digital transformation.

Webgenesys is a leading digital enabler supporting the digital transformation of local and central public administration and healthcare. Its offerings include specialized IT infrastructure services, data centres, cloud environments, development services based on innovative technologies like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and blockchain, as well as system integration services for complex IT systems, infrastructures, and applications.

The deal aim is to support and boost Webgenesys’ development, further strengthening its position as a driver of digital innovation for public administrations.

As a native digital enabler, Webgenesys will lead the execution of Txt Group’s digital offering for the public sector, complementing Txt e-solutions’ digital advisory services.
