Sebastian Priebe

Sebastian is a Partner in OC&C‘s TMT practice and advises corporates, investors and their portfolio companies in the technology sector. His particular focus lies on horizontal and vertical software businesses as well as IT services companies. He develops corporate growth strategies and advises investors into the industry with commercial (vendor) due diligences as well as strategic value creation work.

As a real life programmer by training, Sebastian combines both strategic thinking and tech expertise, which he leverages to drive depth of insights and to maximize value for clients.
