David has over 20 years experience of analytics in a strategy consulting environment. He focuses on deploying advanced analytics to help clients understand customer behaviour and build the capability to act on it to improve performance.
He brings extensive experience across consumer facing sectors (e.g. Retail, Leisure, Financial Services) across the full value chain e.g. pricing and promotions, segmentation, retention, location optimization.
David is an Advisory Board Member for Business Analytics at Imperial College and is a member of the Tech and Data Committee at World Innovation and Change Management Institute.
