OC&C provides vendor support to Capita in its sale of Capita One

We’re delighted to congratulate Capita on its sale of Capita One, a standalone software business. OC&C provided vendor due diligence for Capita to support this corporate disposal.

Established in 1984, Capita is an outsourcer of business services across both the public and private sectors, operating across eight countries – historically including a number of standalone software assets. The company become publicly listed in 1991, and recently reported revenue of £2.6bn.

The sale of Capita One to MRI Software supports Capita’s future growth plans and strategic planning.

MRI has stated their intention to support the growth of Capita One and develop its product portfolio and customer base.
