OC&C provides commercial vendor due diligence to Lanes Group in latest investment round

Congratulations to Lanes Group on its recent investment from Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), part of BlackRock. OC&C provided commercial vendor due diligence to support this deal.

Lanes Group is the UK’s largest provider of water and wastewater services, supplying major water utilities across the UK.  Founded in 1992, Lanes Group has seen significant growth both organically and through several strategic acquisitions, the business now employs over 4,000 people.

The business has invested in a large fleet of bespoke vehicles and use of technology platforms, which alongside innovative training and development for its teams, generate consistently high-quality outcomes for its clients. The support from BlackRock will allow Lanes Group to accelerate its ambitious growth plans, expand their service offering and invest in new technologies. BlackRock will take a majority stake in Lanes Group.
