OC&C supports Loopia Group with acquisition from team.blue

We’re very happy to congratulate the team at Axcel and Loopia Group with their successful sale to team.blue. OC&C performed the commercial vendor due diligence for the Loopia Group.

Loopia Group is an innovative European Web Presence business. The Group’s key markets include Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary and Serbia with key brands such as Loopia, Websupport and Active24.

After a successful growth period since 2018 with Nordic private equity firm Axcel, Loopia Group now joins forces with team.blue to support in shaping the European SaaS industry.

team.blue has scaled quickly since its founding in 2019, with operations across 15 countries. With this acquisition, team.blue’s customer base will grow from 2.5 million to more than 3 million entrepreneurs across Europe, enhancing its ability to help customers achieve online success through its wide digital product offering.
