OC&C advises MinervaHub Spa on the acquisition of a multi-sector fabric and quilting company

We’re very pleased to congratulate MivervaHub Spa on the acquisition of Trapuntatura BelPunto Srl, a prestigious Italian company specialising in the quilting and perforation sector for global clothing and furniture brands. OC&C supported MinervaHub with strategic due diligence support.

Trapuntatura BelPunto Srll works across multiple sectors including clothing and furniture, extending further to footwear and automotive sectors. The acquisition also involves the subsidiaries SAGIWA SrI, which specialises in the production of insulating materials for film studios, the naval sector and highways.  Also included in the acquisition is subsidiary,  ITTTAI SrI,  an innovative company that specialises in the production and marketing of high-quality technical fabrics, developing original design collections for the sports sector.
