Founded in 2017, Superstruct has expanded through strategic acquisitions across Europe and Australia and now operates 80 large-scale festivals and various smaller events, including Wacken Open Air rock festival, Boardmasters, and Sónar, attracting 7 million attendees annually.

KKR sees significant growth opportunities in the live entertainment sector, which has seen growing demand over the past decade. They plan to support Superstruct’s expansion and professionalisation in this fragmented industry, leveraging their experience in digital entertainment and ticketing.
