Luca Bettale

Luca has extensive management consulting experience. He started his career at McKinsey and then moved on to Bain & Co, where he specialised in the industrial sector, particularly in textiles and fashion, mechanical engineering and telecommunications. He also has extensive foreign experience, having worked in particular in China, India and Turkey. He also served as board member of Bain-Lab in Italy (local incubator for start-up companies).

Luca areas of functional expertise include: strategic planning (business unit strategy, portfolio strategy, growth strategy), operational improvement (revenue enhancement, cost reduction, product line optimisation, logistic upstream/downstream), sales and marketing strategy, organisation, M&A and post-acquisition integration.

Luca left Bain & Co. in 2011 and in 2012 founded with other colleagues Long Term Partners, a Management Consulting boutique based in Milan.
