We congratulate Easyfairs on securing strategic investment from Cobepa and Inflexion to facilitate the next stage of growth. We supported Easyfairs with commercial vendor due diligence.

Easyfairs is a market-leading events company, currently employing 820 people across 20 offices in Europe. Working across 12 industry verticals, Easyfairs organises 110 event titles with 23,000 exhibitors and one million visitors. Easyfairs also manages multi-function venues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden for both Easyfairs and guest events. This transaction will facilitate Easyfairs’ fast, organic growth plan which involves launching new events, extending its geographic footprint and investing in tech innovation, including AI, to unlock further strategic opportunities.

Cobepa and Inflexion will support the existing Easyfairs management team, with Eric Everad reinvesting and remaining as Group Chairman.
