In this transaction, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento (FII) participated as a co-investor through its Fipec fund, with the goal of supporting KYIP and Errevi’s management team in a growth journey involving strategic acquisitions and an enhanced service portfolio. Clessidra Capital Credit SGR and Merito SGR provided a unitranche financing package for the deal.

Errevi System offers a wide range of innovative services and solutions in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications focusing on three main areas – IT infrastructure design, implementation and management, advanced cybersecurity, and application development and commercialisation.
The transaction is the first step in an ambitious project in which KYIP Capital and Errevi System aim to build an integrated ecosystem of managed services in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications, a high-growth market that remains highly fragmented.
The combined efforts of KYIP Capital and FII will drive both organic growth, focusing on team expansion and geographical presence, and external growth through targeted acquisitions of complementary companies. The ultimate goal is to position Errevi System as a leading player, combining technological innovation, operational efficiency, and a customer-centric approach tailored to the needs of Italian businesses.
