Alex Birch joined OC&C in 1994 and has focussed on the media, telecom, information, entertainment and retail sectors. His client work typically covers the areas of growth strategy, competitive strategy, performance improvement and transaction support.
He is also an accomplished facilitator of debate and discussion around the board table. Alex has lived and worked in the USA, South Africa, Australia, Switzerland and Scandinavia. He is increasingly advising major businesses on aspects of online strategy and has been an advisor to a number of early stage businesses in the online arena.
