Chehab Wahby specialises in competitive strategy for the retail, consumer goods and construction industries. In times of rapid changes and intensifying competition, he helps his clients sharpen their view on the relevant market trends in order to devise sustainable competitive strategies. His strategic work and projects focus on sales, distribution and marketing issues as well as operational cost optimisation.

Recently, Chehab Wahby has been intensely engaged in customer retention and its impact on strategy, organisation and processes. He points out to his clients the potential of new competitive strategies, but never loses sight of practical feasibility and realistic cost benefit considerations. Chehab has been with OC&C since 1995, and a partner since 2000. In 2011 he was elected to International Managing Partner.
