Julia has 12 years experience in Strategy and Management consulting. She supports her clients in designing and implementing growth and turnaround strategies (5-10 year plans, product/market development, international strategy, mergers and acquisitions, etc.). Her primary areas of interest are Retail and Consumer Goods, covering the whole spectrum from Mass-Market to Luxury segments.

Julia has also developed a solid expertise in Business Transformation : for almost 4 years, she has been helping clients in the Public Sector adjust their strategies, business models and organisation to changing market rules.
