Jean-Michel has over 15 years of experience in strategy and management consulting. Jean-Michel grew his expertise in telecommunications, media and the high-tech industries, working with media groups, service providers, hardware vendors, software houses and investment funds.
He has led a variety of projects on strategic, financial, marketing and organisation issues, including the launch of several new ventures.
Jean-Michel’s current focus is on digital migration of traditional media: press, classified, directories, TV, cinema, gaming and gambling.
Jean-Michel also developed experience in transformation: coaching, organisation, change management, technology as an enabler.
